Toddler Tutor US welcomes specific, good-faith reports of factual errors, unclear wording, broken source links, or safety concerns.
How to report an issue
Use the Contact page and include the article title or URL, the passage at issue, why it may be inaccurate or unclear, and a reliable supporting source when available. Do not send private records or sensitive information about a child.
How reports are reviewed
The passage is compared with the cited source and, when appropriate, current authoritative guidance. The review considers factual accuracy, clarity, safety context, developmental variation, and whether the wording overstates certainty.
What happens after review
- Clear factual or safety errors are corrected as promptly as reasonably possible.
- Ambiguous wording may be clarified even when the underlying point remains accurate.
- Broken or superseded sources may be replaced with a current authoritative source.
- Unsupported claims may be qualified or removed.
- A report may be declined when the available evidence does not support a change.
Correction record
Substantial revisions update the article’s visible modified date. When a correction materially changes the meaning of an article, a brief correction note may be added. Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, or link repairs may be made without a separate notice.
Limits
A correction review is an editorial process, not individualized professional consultation. Toddler Tutor US cannot evaluate a child’s health, development, diagnosis, or treatment.
